While designing our home my partner and I wanted a retractable awning pergola to extend our outdoor living space. We ordered the Bursa retractable patio cover awning motorized with all the optional wireless sensors, plus the controller. All we had to do was set-up the controller and the sensors would do the rest. To protect the fabric when retracted, we included the optional cover. It added to the cost but will protect the waterproof canopy fabric when it’s not in use. We selected a custom colored frame which took a bit longer to get, but it arrived when promised!
The Bursa has a good consumer rating on review websites given the quality of workmanship and the attractive finishes. We are happy enough with our Bursa retractable roof but are still figuring out the controller with help via phone from their lead technician Rocky. We both feel this is what we needed and would recommend the Bursa with front posts for your home or commercial structure.
