My 20 ft awning arm broke a few weeks ago. I’ve been trying to get support from the company or local dealer for weeks. Dealer is very negative about the situation, blames the company and the inability to find help trying to help resolve.
It’s been weeks and all I want to do is order a new arm. I think in the end he’ll want to charge me 4,000 to install a new one. Sorry for him, but there is no way I would buy a Sunesta again. Even if the product was awesome, their bad customer service and lack of support is a non starter.
