I purchased an Aleko awning. I hired a handyman who got so frustrated with hanging this awning that he left it hanging on my house and it is not fully assembled or useable…..Aleko is no help, they sent a new instruction booklet for a 2 arm awning and mine has 3. I would return it but the handyman cut up all the boxes and I cannot find anyone to come and fix it. Aleko should have some contacts in all areas to install these pieces of s**t. I won’t order anything from them again.
