I bought a Sunesta awning a couple of years ago and now it looks like garbage hanging off my house.
Left it open one night and it rained, heaven forbid. Now it lists to one side and has two “chicken bone” arms jutting out when closed. I have been chasing Sunesta and Pro Exterior Awning, who sold and installed it, since June (I write this 9/15/2021). I cannot even get a return phone call.
I cannot express how deeply I regret my very expensive purchase!
