I purchased the Sunflexx retractable awning with compression shoulder which is supposed to help with movement of the Sunflexx awning from wind. At the first 20mph wind gust the arm shoulder snapped. The Eastern Awning dealer won’t replace the arm as they called it “customer negligence for leaving the awning out in a “gust”. Eastern Awning is a no go. Don’t buy it – you’ll be sorry you did. I am contacting the consumer protection agency in my state
