I purchased the Aristocraft Estate model retractable patio awning for my grandmother. She’s not as mobile as she once was and just likes to sit and read on her patio, but the sun and heat drives her indoors. I read decent reviews and consumer testimonials on the web, so I’m hoping there are no problems. Since gran is in a wheelchair, I went with the motorized model with remote control, so gran just has to press a button, and everything is supposed to work. Our handyman Felipe installed it so she shouldn’t have to worry about it falling on her head. Early days and I hope everything keeps working and gran keeps smiling 🙂
