We purchased the Prestige Cassette model from an Eclipse dealer. We wanted the cassette to protect the awning when not in use since it’s on a gable wall, and because it looks more finished. We didn’t experience any delivery or installation issues like some reviews and my neighbor commented on. Adjusting the pitch seemed to be the most difficult part of the day – I’m glad the installers did it and not me. I won’t attempt to adjust it again (if needed) in the future. I’m hoping the wind load rating is accurate, as the light aluminum arms and frame don’t look heavy enough, but the warranty seems good. Will update this review in a few months.
