The material bunches up in the middle, the roller is too long (16′) with no support in the middle. The material faded very badly, very quickly. It’s not one year old, looks like its been up 10 years. When it rains, rain water collects on the awning. The instructions are worse than terrible. Yes it is cheap! I wish I could post a picture of how terrible the fading of the material has been. Don’t buy this Chinese piece of c**p!
